The PV01.net is an educational website intended to provide users and educators with tools to learn and teach fixed income concepts, formulas, and calculations. PV01.net is not a commercial website. PV01.net is completely free to its end users. We do not charge any fees nor sell any ad space on the site.

Your use of PV01.net is subject to PV01.net’s Privacy Policy. Please review this policy which also governs our site and informs users of our data collection practices.

In order to use PV01.net, you must first register and create an account with PV01.net (“User Account”).

When you register your User Account, you agree to provide some personal information as covered by our Privacy Policy.

By registering a User Account, you agree that you will abide by these Terms of Use.

You agree not to share your User Account with another user or allow another person to use your account.

Visiting PV01.net or sending emails to PV01.net constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from PV01.net

We’re not going to spam you. In fact, PV01.net has never sent an unsolicited email to any user. However, we do need to send you an email for confirmation when you register a User Account.

At this time, PV01.net is a free service.

There are no fees and we do not collect any of your personal financial data. If at any time the system prompts for or requests any such information, do not enter the requested information and contact PV01.net immediately.

Upon registration, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to use PV01.net in accordance with these Terms of Use.

PV01.net is controlled, hosted, and administered within the United States. If you access the website from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use PV01.net from any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

When registering your User Account, you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are accessing the site from a country that has a data age of consent older than 13, you must warrant that you are at least that age. Any user found falsely stating their age will immediately be removed from the system.

Data entered into PV01.net by the user for financial modeling purposes (i.e. “using” PV01.net), is considered “User Data”. User Data is covered by these Terms of Service and the PV01.net Privacy Policy.

User Data is not provided to or shared in any way with third parties except as necessary for third party hosting of the PV01.net system and detailed in the Service Providers section of the Privacy Policy.

PV01.net does not recommend the use of the PV01.net system for hosting of personal financial data and shall not bear any security or integrity obligations or risks regarding breach or damage to any such data.

PV01.net makes strong efforts to maintain and store user data. We have never lost any User Data. Nevertheless, PV01.net does not warrant against loss of User Data or guarantee that existing User Data will be accessible or usable in future version of the website.

PV01.net is provided on an “As-is”, “with all faults” and “As Available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.

While PV01.net prides itself on calculation accuracy, and in 10 years has never been challenged on a single calculation, we cannot guarantee that all calculations are correct or in accordance with industry standards. To the extent you rely on PV01.net to make financial decisions, you do so at your own risk.

PV01.net specifically does not represent or warrant that the PV01.net website or any part, feature or content thereof are:

• Complete;
• Accurate;
• Of any certain quality;
• Reliable;
• Secure in any way;
• Suitable for or compatible with any of your contemplated activities;
• Compatible with any of your devices, operating systems, or browsers;
• Accessible to your network or internet connection; or
• Free of any viruses, bugs or other harmful components

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the PV01.net system or any features or functionality thereof at any time with or without prior notice.

PV01.net reserves the right to cancel your access to these services and/or any of your User Data for any reason at any time with or without prior notice.

Because PV01.net does not charge for use, it has no built-in cancellation procedure. If you want to remove your registration and User Data from the system, please contact PV01.net and request cancellation.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, PV01.net, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the website, your violation of any of these Terms of Use, violation of any rights of a third party, or violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

PV01.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. PV01.net encourages you to periodically review these terms to stay informed of our updates.
